Standards
Recognized frameworks
Our work is governed by the Core Humanitarian Standard on Quality and Accountability (2024 edition) and the Sphere Handbook's minimum standards.
Financial reporting
Published annually
We will publish our financial statements annually so you can see exactly how funds were used. We retain direction and control over how funds are used at every step.
Complaints
A confidential channel
Anyone affected by our work — the people we serve, partners' staff, donors, and the public — can raise a concern confidentially. Safeguarding concerns are handled with priority. We register every complaint, respond, and report annually on the number and nature of complaints received.
Legitimacy
Verify us independently
Our corporate registration can be verified through the Ontario Business Registry. Our governing policies, board, and financial statements are published on this site.
