Our delivery model
Partner-led delivery, with control retained at every step.
We deliver primarily through direct work and/or local partner organizations, selected through documented due diligence and bound by written agreements that set out exactly what will be done, at what cost, and how it will be verified.
Selection
Documented due diligence
Every partner is assessed the same way: legal status, governance, financial management, safeguarding policy and practice, and references — with screening against applicable sanctions lists.
Agreements
Written & verifiable
Agreements specify activities, budgets, and verification. We retain direction and control over our resources at every step, as Canadian charity rules require.
Verification
Reporting & spot checks
We verify results through partner reporting, spot checks, and independent review — not on trust alone.
Voice
